Report Unfamiliar Pay in ITR: "Inability to reveal unfamiliar pay or resource in ITR can mean appraisal procedures being started under Dark Cash (undisclosed Unfamiliar Pay and Resources) and Burden of Expense Act, 2015. Punishment of Rs 10 lakh can be exacted, if the total worth of a resource or resources (other than steadfast property) surpass twenty lakh rupees," said the Personal Expense Division.
